  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans creamed corn
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 5 whole eggs
  • 1 (16 oz.) can corn Niblets
  • 2 tsp. baking powder

Directions

    Cream together sugar, butter and flour.

    Add eggs, corn and milk.

    Add baking powder just before baking.

    Bake in a 325°oven for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours.

    Will serve 8.

    (I bake in a lasagna pan.)
