  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 c. whipping cream
  • 1/2 c. margarine or butter, melted
  • 6 c. whole kernel corn, drained

Directions

    Combine first 4 ingredients. Beat eggs with fork in a large bowl. Stir in whipping cream and butter. Gradually add sugar mixture; stir until smooth. Stir in corn. Pour into 9 x 13 baking dish. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown and mixture is set.
