Ingredients
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c sugar
- salt to taste
- 1 t vanilla
- 1 t nutmeg
- 2 T cornstarch
- 1 can crushed (creamed) corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 stick melted margarine
Directions

1Combine milk, eggs, sugar, salt, vanilla, nutmeg and cornstarch.

2Beat well at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add both kinds of corn.

3Remember, drain well whole kernel corn. Add melted butter.

4Stir well.

5Pour mixture into greased pan or dish.

6Stir just before putting into oven.

7Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes until slightly browned.

8The pudding is done if inserted knife comes out clean.
