Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1 pkg. (8 1/2 oz.) cornbread/muffin mix
  • 1 can (14 3/4 oz.) cream-style corn
  • 2 1/3 c. fresh, frozen or canned whole kernel corn
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg

Directions

    In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, eggs and sugar.

    Add all of the remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Transfer to a greased 13 x 9 x 2 in. baking pan.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until set.
