Ingredients

  • 18 ears of corn
  • 1 large head cabbage
  • 3 red peppers
  • 3 green peppers
  • 10 onions
  • 4 bunches celery
  • 4 Tbsp. salt
  • 5 Tbsp. ground mustard
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 qt. cider vinegar

Directions

    Chop all very fine, except corn (cut if off cob).

    Boil all together for 30 to 40 minutes.

    Put in jars.

    A little turmeric added before removing from stove will make relish yellow.
