- 12 ears corn
- 1 small head cabbage
- 4 medium onions, pared
- 3 sweet red peppers, seeded
- 3 Tbsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. turmeric powder
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 qt. vinegar
Directions

1Cook corn about 3 minutes; cut from cob.

2Put cabbage, onions and peppers through food chopper, using coarse blade.

3Combine all vegetables.

4Blend salt, flour, turmeric, sugar and mustard; add vinegar gradually.

5Bring to boil and add vegetables.

6Simmer 25 to 30 minutes.

7Seal at once in hot sterilized jars.

8Makes about 8 pints.
