  • 1/2 c. rice (not Minute Rice)
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • dash of salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. heavy cream
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. Cool Whip

    Simmer for 45 minutes.

    Whisk egg and cream, add vanilla.

    Fold egg and cream mixture into rice mixture.

    You can also fold in Cool Whip to make fluffy.
