- 2 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 c. Chopped red onion
- 2 medium seeded jalapenos
- 1 c. fresh corn kernels
- 1/2 tsp. Sea salt
- 3/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 3 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp. honey
Directions

1Heat oil in medium skillet over medium heat.

2Add onion and jalapenos and cook for 1 minute.

3Add corn and continue to cook until vegetables are slightly soft, about 5 minutes.

4Remove from heat and toss with remaining ingredients.

5Cool and serve at room temperature over Grilled Flank Steak.
