- 1 c. small curd cottage cheese
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crabmeat, flaked
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp. chopped green onions
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 3 drops hot pepper sauce
Directions

1Place cheeses and mayonnaise in bowl.

2Attach bowl and flat beater.

3On speed 6, beat until blended, 1 minute.

4Stop and scrape bowl.

5Add remaining ingredients; on speed 6, beat for 1 minute until all mixed.

6Refrigerate until serving.

7Serve with assorted crackers or raw vegetables.
