- 1/3 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
- 1 tsp. ground turmeric
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. water
- 12 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
- 2 Tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. pimiento, chopped
Directions

1In saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch, onion, turmeric, celery seed, vinegar, water and corn.

2Cook and stir until mixture thickens and bubbles.

3Stir in green pepper and pimiento. Chill.

4Keeps well in refrigerator.

5Makes 1 3/4 cups.
