  • 8 c. whole cut corn (4 cans)
  • 3 green bell peppers
  • 3 red peppers or 1 large jar pimentos
  • 4 medium onions
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 pt. vinegar
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. turmeric

    Chop peppers and onions.

    Mix all together.

    Put in large kettle.

    Cook about 25 minutes.

    Fill pint jars to one-inch of top seal.

    Put in water bath.

    When this boils, process 5 minutes. Makes 8 pints.
