- 12 large corn cobs
- 3 cucumbers
- 3 sweet red peppers
- 3 green sweet peppers
- 1 bunch celery (just stalks)
- 1 lb. white sugar
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. turmeric
- 1 Tbsp. mustard
- 2 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. mustard seed
- 1 Tbsp. celery seed
Directions

1Remove kernels from corn cobs.

2Put the corn, cucumbers, red peppers, sweet peppers and celery through a coarse meat chopper. Combine the sugar, salt, turmeric, mustard, vinegar and water; bring to a boil and boil for 15 minutes.

3Stir in vegetables. Add mustard seed and celery seed.

4Bring to a boil; boil 5 minutes.

5Seal in jars.
