  • 1 doz. ears corn
  • 1 head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. mustard
  • 3 sweet red peppers
  • 1 qt. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. celery salt

Directions

    Cook corn for 3 minutes in boiling water; cool.

    Cut from cob. Cook ingredients together for 20 minutes.

    Pack into hot jars and seal.
