- 2 Tbsp. low-fat butter
- 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
- 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
- 1 Tbsp. Romano cheese, grated
Directions

1Place corn in a 1-quart microwave casserole and add butter, chives, and Italian seasonings.

2Cover and microwave on High 5 to 6 minutes; stirring once, until corn is done.

3Add garlic powder, olives and cheese and toss lightly to coat.
