  • 1 (10 oz.) bag frozen corn
  • 2 Tbsp. low-fat butter
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped chives
  • 1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
  • 1 Tbsp. Romano cheese, grated

Directions

    Place corn in a 1-quart microwave casserole and add butter, chives, and Italian seasonings.

    Cover and microwave on High 5 to 6 minutes; stirring once, until corn is done.

    Add garlic powder, olives and cheese and toss lightly to coat.
