Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
  • 2 tsp. white vinegar
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • dash of seasoning salt
  • 1/8 to 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1 (17 oz.) can kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos, drained and diced
  • 2 small carrots, peeled and grated
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion

Directions

    Make dressing by mixing sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salts, sugar and pepper.

    Add remaining ingredients and toss to blend.

    Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
