- 4 cups Fresh Cooked Corn On The Cob Or Frozen Corn, Thawed
- 1 cup Red Onion, Chopped
- 4 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Basil, Chopped
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
Directions

1In a large skillet melt butter over medium-high heat. Add corn and cook, stirring occasionally until corn is roasted, about 10 minutes.

2In a large bowl, combine red onion, vinegar, olive oil, basil and corn and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
