  • 2 cans whole corn
  • 1 c. onion, chopped (red)
  • 1/4 c. red pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 c. yellow pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 1 c. cucumber, finely chopped
  • 1 c. tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. red wine vinegar
