Corn-Sausage Chowder

- 1 lb. Jimmy Dean mild pork sausage
- 1 c. diced onion
- 1 c. potato cubes
- 1 tsp. salt
- crushed pepper to taste
- 2 c. water
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
Directions

1Cook sausage and onion in large kettle; brown and drain.

2Add potato, salt, marjoram and water.

3Simmer until potatoes are cooked, about 15 minutes.

4Add corn and milk.

5Heat through and serve.

6Add pepper to taste.
