  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. boiling water
  • 3/4 c. evaporated milk
  • 3/4 c. corn
  • 2 Tbsp. pimentos
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. grated onion
  • 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
