  • 2 cans creamed corn
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 box Jiffy corn mix
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 stick butter, melted

    Combine all ingredients. Pour into a greased souffle dish (not too deep or it won't cook in the middle). Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
