- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 stick butter
- 4 eggs, separated
- 4 slices mild cheese
- dash of cayenne pepper
Directions

1Mix flour, butter, corn and cheese until melted.

2Add cayenne pepper and cook until thickened.

3Add egg yolks.

4Let cool.

5Add beaten egg whites.

6Bake in a 350° oven for about 45 minutes in souffle dish.
