  • 1 can creamed corn
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 4 slices mild cheese
  • dash of cayenne pepper

Directions

    Mix flour, butter, corn and cheese until melted.

    Add cayenne pepper and cook until thickened.

    Add egg yolks.

    Let cool.

    Add beaten egg whites.

    Bake in a 350° oven for about 45 minutes in souffle dish.
