  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 can of Creamed Corn
  • 2 can of Whole Kernel Sweet corn
  • 16 oz Cheddar cheese
  • 2 boxes of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
  • 1 stick Butter (melted)

Directions

    Mix the eggs, melted butter, Creamed Corn, whole corn together, then add The Muffin Mix and mix it good.

    Last stir in the Cheddar cheese and bake at 350 for about an hour.

    The top will become golden brown.
