- 2 c. corn (canned or fresh)
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 Tbsp. onion, grated
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 c. meat stock
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Grate or chop corn.

2Add boiling water and onion. Cook 15 minutes.

3Strain.

4Melt butter and stir in flour. Blend.

5Add stock and seasonings. Cook, stirring constantly 5 minutes. Stir in strained corn pulp and cook 10 minutes.

6Serve hot.
