- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
- 1 c. Swiss cheese, grated
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
Directions

1Combine eggs, muffin mix, sour cream and melted butter.

2Stir in both types of corn.

3Pour into greased, oblong baking pan. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

4Sprinkle grated cheese on the top and bake an additional 10 to 15 minutes.

5This is a good potato substitute with ham or pork dinner.
