  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can creamed corn
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. oleo, melted
  • 1 (4 oz.) c. shredded Swiss cheese

Directions

    Combine eggs, corn muffin mix, corns, sour cream and oleo. Spread in an 11 x 7 x 1 3/4-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top.

    Bake 10 to 15 minutes more or until knife comes out clean.
