- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 (8 oz.) creamed corn
- 1 (8 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (8 1/2 oz.) Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. butter
Directions

1Combine all ingredients except Swiss cheese and mix well until smooth.

2Spread into a 1 1/2-inch deep 11 x 7-inch glass casserole baking dish.

3Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

4Sprinkle Swiss cheese on top, put back into oven and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes.
