  • 2 slightly beaten eggs
  • 1 (8 or 16 oz.) can cream-style corn
  • 1 (8 or 16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) box corn muffin mix

Directions

    Combine eggs, corn, cream and butter.

    Blend in muffin mix. Spread in 9 x 13-inch glass or ceramic baking dish.

    Bake in 350° oven for 50 minutes or until knife comes out clean.
