- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions

1Mix and sift flour, cornmeal, soda and salt.

2Combine egg and milk.

3Add to flour mixture, stirring until well mixed.

4Stir into butter.

5Turn into greased bread stick pans and bake in 425° oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
