  • 1 can corn
  • 1 c. corn meal
  • 1 c. grated cheese (Monterey Jack)
  • 1 c. diced green chiles
  • 1 (8 oz.) cottage cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar to taste
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
