  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. Crisco oil
  • 1/4 c. creamed Crisco, melted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 (No. 2) can creamed corn
  • 1 pkg. Flak-O-Corn muffin mix or 2 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions

    Beat eggs; add oil and melted Crisco and continue beating. Add sour cream, salt, muffin mix and lastly, creamed corn.

    Bake in well-greased oblong pan at 375° for 25 minutes.
