- 1 pkg. cornbread mix
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- Parmesan cheese
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
- 1 can diced, stewed tomatoes
Directions

1Make cornbread as directed on package; add corn.

2Pour half of the mixture into a greased baking dish.

3Brown ground beef, onion and bell pepper together.

4Drain.

5Add tomatoes.

6Pour over cornbread mixture in baking dish.

7Sprinkle with Parmesan and Mozzarella cheese.

8Add remaining cornbread mix.

9Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

10Test for doneness with toothpick.
