  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 can whole kernel corn (do not drain)
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together; put into a greased large casserole.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes, or longer if you prefer it drier.
