  • 1 can whole kernel corn (undrained)
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz.) Jiffy cornbread mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 8 oz. mild shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl (except cheese) and pour in a greased 9 x 13 dish.
