- 1 pan cornbread
- 2 cans pinto beans, drained
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 c. grated cheese (your preference)
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onion.

2Drain.

3Crumble cornbread in bottom of baking dish.

4Mix beans, corn, beef mixture and tomatoes and pour over cornbread.

5Sprinkle cheese on top and bake at 350° until bubbly.
