- 2 large onions, chopped
- 6 Tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. milk
- 2 (17 oz.) cans creamed corn
- 2 (8 oz.) boxes cornbread mix
- 1/2 pt. sour cream (at room temperature)
- 2 c. grated sharp cheese
Directions

1Butter a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Saute onions and butter.

3Mix eggs and milk until blended.

4Add corn and corn bread mix.

5Spread batter into pan.

6Spread onions over batter and sour cream over onions.

7Sprinkle with cheese.

8Bake 35 minutes at 425° until puffed and golden.

9Let stand a few minutes before cutting.
