- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 small can tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
- 1 small (8 1/2 oz.) creamed corn
- shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Brown ground meat and drain.

2Add tomatoes and cook until well mixed.

3Prepare cornbread according to box directions and add corn to batter.

4Pour half batter into greased 2-quart casserole dish. Top with meat and shredded cheese.

5Pour remaining batter on top and spread more cheese to cover.

6Bake at 400° for 30 minutes or until cornbread is golden brown.
