  • 1/3 c. margarine
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 3 c. chicken broth
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 tsp. sage
  • 4 slices bread
  • 1 pan cornbread

Directions

    Make pan of cornbread. Melt butter and saute onion and celery until tender.

    In large bowl, combine all ingredients, except broth
  3. 3
    and eggs.

    Blend broth and eggs together, then blend in with cornbread mixture.

    In lightly greased pan, bake 30 minutes at 450° or until brown.
