- 4 stalks celery, diced
- 2 medium onions, diced
- 1 tablespoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 tablespoon sage
- 2 teaspoons pepper
- 1 cup butter
- 4 (10 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 42 ounces chicken broth
