  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 c. cornbread
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 2 tsp. sage
  • 1 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 1/2 c. broth
  • 1 c. chopped green peppers

    Cook celery, onion and green peppers in butter over low heat until tender, not browned.
