  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 c. milk

Directions

    Heat 2 cornbread stick pans which have been greased generously.

    Mix batter and pour into very hot pans.

    Bake at 425° for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
