  • 3 cups cornbread mix, prepared as directed, cooled then crumbled
  • 1 medium onion, small dice
  • 2 stalks celery, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 2 tbsp. butter

    In a saute pan, saute onions and celery in butter.

    Stir until translucent.

    Pour in chicken stock, bring to a simmer.

    Off the heat combine the rest of ingredients.

    Serve alongside Sam's Club rotisserie chicken.
