  • 6 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, chopped Rite Aid 2 For $7.00 thru 02/06
  • 2 lb. lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 red pepper, chopped
  • 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
  • 1/3 cup chopped green olives
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1 pkg. (8.5 oz.) corn muffin mix, prepared as directed on package
  • 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 3/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cook bacon in large skillet until crispy, about 5 min.

    Set bacon aside.

    Add ground beef, onions and peppers to skillet; cook 5 min.

    or until ground beef is browned, stirring constantly.

    Stir in tomato sauce; cook 3 min.

    Remove from heat; stir in olives, raisins and reserved bacon.

    Spoon mixture into 13x9-inch baking dish.
