- 2 pkg. corned beef cuts
- 1 pkg. pickling spices
- 3 oranges
- 3 lemons
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. prepared mustard
Directions

1Place corned beef in pot.

2Cut oranges and lemons into thick slices and place around meat.

3Pour whole box of pickling spice on top of meat/fruit mixture.

4Cover meat with water.

5Add black pepper.

6Cover tightly; simmer for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

7Remove meat from broth; cool slightly.

8Slather with mustard, then pat on brown sugar.

9Brown in oven for 30 minutes at 325°.

10Remove and cool.

11Serves 20 to 25 if sliced thin for sandwiches.
