Corned Beef Barbecue

- 2 cans corned beef (12 oz.)
- 2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
- 3/4 can water (beef can)
- 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. onion
- 1/4 c. parsley, cut up
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Directions

1In frypan, place small amount of oil and place onion and pepper in.

2Fry slightly to soften.

3Add parsley, pepper, tomato paste and sugar.

4Mix and then add corned beef; break up in pieces.

5If looks a little dry, then add water to mixture gradually.

6Stir occasionally.

7Simmer, covered, 1 to 1 1/2 hours until corned beef is very fine.

8If too watery, remove lid and allow to cook down.

9Serve on buns.
