  • 1/2 lb. corned beef, cut up and cubed
  • 1 (8 oz.) can sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing
  • 1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 2 c. dark rye bread, cubed
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
