Corned Beef Casserole

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
  • 1 (12 oz.) can corned beef, diced
  • 1/4 lb. American cheese, diced
  • 1 (10 1/2 or 11 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 3/4 c. buttered crumbs or crackers

Directions

    Cook noodles in boiling salt water until tender. Drain.

    Add corned beef, cheese, soup, milk and onion.

    Pour into greased 2-quart casserole. Top with crumbs. Bake in moderate oven for 45 minutes.
