Corned Beef Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1/3 c. elbow macaroni
  • 2 1/2 oz. pkg. sliced corned beef
  • 1 tsp. instant minced onion
  • 3 slices American cheese, torn in small pieces
  • 1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. dried bread crumbs
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Cook macaroni in boiling salted water according to package directions.

    Drain well.

    While macaroni is cooking, mix remaining ingredients except crumbs and margarine.

    Gently stir in drained, cooked macaroni.

    Pour mixture into a greased 1-quart casserole. Top with bread crumbs and dot with margarine.

    Microwave at 70% (Roast) for 6 minutes or bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

    Good served with Harvard Beets.
