  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. sour cream
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped onion
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped

    Mix cream cheese and sour cream.

    Add package of onion soup mix.

    Blend in onion, pepper and corned beef.

    Let set 12 hours. (The longer it sets the better the flavor.)
