Corned Beef Oven Omelet

  • 8 eggs
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. thinly sliced corned beef
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion

    Heat oven to 325°.

    Beat eggs, milk and seasoned salt.

    Tear corned beef into small pieces into egg mixture.

    Stir in cheese and onion.

    Pour into 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch greased baking dish.

    Bake, uncovered, 40 to 45 minutes or until omelet is set and top is golden brown.
