Corned Beef Oven Omelet

- 8 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. thinly sliced corned beef
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar or Mozzarella cheese
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
Directions

1Heat oven to 325°.

2Beat eggs, milk and seasoned salt.

3Tear corned beef into small pieces into egg mixture.

4Stir in cheese and onion.

5Pour into 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch greased baking dish.

6Bake, uncovered, 40 to 45 minutes or until omelet is set and top is golden brown.
