  • 15 oz. can corned beef hash
  • 1 c. Swiss cheese
  • 2 tsp. flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/4 c. milk
  • dash of salt
  • 9-inch pie shell

Directions

    Bake pie shell according to directions on package for 7 minutes.

    Put corned beef in cooled shell.

    Grate cheese and add to beef.

    Combine milk, eggs and flour.

    Pour over pie mixture. Bake 40 minutes at 350°.

    Cool and serve.
